I want to send a heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated, commented, bid, retweeted, and helped to spread the word on my charity auctions from earlier this week. I am floored by all of your generosity!
Because there was some confusion with the auction ending time, I talked to my publisher, and they very graciously agreed to send me an extra ARC of Cress, so that both of the high bidders in Auction #1 were able to win! (Thanks, Macmillan!)
With the donations from the three winners plus the matched amount, this auction raised a GRAND TOTAL of $3,240.00 for Global Giving’s Typhoon Haiyan Relief Fund!
That is MIND-BLOWING.
