Happy almost Halloween!

Plus I was thrilled to be able to host another Trovatrip tour, this time in Italy. Thank you to everyone who chose to take their holiday with me to explore some amazing locations.

Looking forward to 2027, I have two books coming soon!

HERE WE GLOW AGAIN, the sequel to LET IT GLOW, the holiday middle grade book I co-wrote with Joanne Levy is first to arrive on February 16th. It just got a starred review from School Library Journal!

When Aviva Davis and Holly Martin first met, they thought they were seeing double. While they both knew they were adopted, they had no idea they had a biological sibling, let alone an identical twin! The similarities are only skin deep, though, because while Aviva has a big personality and even bigger Broadway plans, Holly is more of a quiet dreamer who yearns to become a writer.

Now their families have united to celebrate Passover and Easter . . . in New York City! Holly’s grandfather has been invited to a fancy gala to receive an award for his work as a famous mystery author. But could he have another reason for taking everyone to the Big Apple? Is he maybe going to propose to Bubbe, Aviva’s grandmother?

Over one extraordinary spring break filled with adventure and hijinks, Aviva and Holly stumble into a Broadway audition, a bookish egg hunt in Central Park, and explore some of New York’s most iconic sights, all while searching for the perfect romantic setting for their grandparents’ proposal. What could possibly go wrong?

The sequel to THE ESCAPE GAME, THE TRAITOR GAME (again written with Tamara Moss) will be out April 6, 2027.

It’s been ten months since season five of The Escape Game ended in blood. Ten months since Team Helsing solved two murders and nearly lost their own lives in a desperate race against the killer through the show’s final escape room.

Now Adi, Beck, Carter, and Sierra are reuniting for a much-needed weekend of fun at the remote Sweetbrier Resort: a state-of-the-art paradise for escape room aficionados. There are puzzles, paradoxes, and games galore—not to mention a hunt for lost treasure.

But the glitz and glamour of Sweetbrier hide dark secrets. Team Helsing soon learns that this weekend is actually a rematch for the never-finished final season of The Escape Game—in more ways than one. Because when the first body appears, it’s up to Team Helsing to solve the murder. That is, if the killer doesn’t come for them next . . .

It’s available for preorder now at Bookshop.org or your favorite book retailer.

I hope to see you on tour for the HEARTLESS deluxe edition! If not I’ll be touring again in the new year for both HERE WE GLOW AGAIN and THE TRAITOR GAME. I’ll share info here as soon as I can.

Until then, much love,

Marissa
